   We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when booking services or filling out forms. This may include but is not limited to: Parent/guardian name, player name and jersey number, email address, game dates and team names, photography package selection, optional notes or preferences.

   We use the information you provide solely to schedule and fulfill photography services, deliver photo galleries to the correct family, communicate about bookings or updates and improve our offerings and customer experience.

4. We understand the sensitivity of photographing minors and are committed to maintaining a high level of privacy. All galleries are private and accessible only via a secure, direct link shared with the booking contract. No full names or personal details are posted publicly. Photos may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio) only with parental consent (opt-in on your booking form)
