Q: When will we receive our photos?

A: You’ll receive your watermarked preview gallery within 3-5 days after the game or event. Once your package is selected and payment is received, unwatermarked high-resolution images will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

Q: What’s the difference between watermarked and unwatermarked photos?

A: Watermarked images are previews meant for proofing only - they’ll include my logo to protect my work. Once you select a package, I’ll send you fully edited, high-resolution images without any watermarks for printing and sharing.

Q: What types of packages do you offer:

A: I offer individual player packages, team coverage options, and full-season bundles. You can view all package options and pricing here. Don’t see what you are looking for? Just reach out! I am happy to customize something for you!

Q: Do I need to schedule a game/tournament in advance?

A: Yes! While I try to capture as much as the game action as possible, I focus on the players whose families have pre-booked with me for photos of their child. You can reserve your player’s spot on the booking page.

Q: Where are you located?

A: I am based out of Oklahoma City and cover local tournaments, games, and team events in the surrounding area.

Q: How do I pay?

A: After you submit a booking request, I’ll send a confirmation and payment link via email. I accept all major cards and secure payment methods.

Q: Can I get a refund if my player didn’t play much?

A: I get it - game time can vary. If I wasn’t able to get enough usable images, I’ll offer a credit toward a future game or partial refund at my discretion.

Q: Will my child’s photos be public?

A: No. All galleries are password-protected and only accessible to the families who request them. I do not share individual player photos publicly without consent.

Q: Can I request specific photos or moments?

A: Yes! If you have something in mind (like a big pitch, team huddle, or high-five moment), just let me know when booking it and I’ll do my best to capture it.

Q: What if a game is canceled or rescheduled?

A: If weather or scheduling changes affect your booked game/tournament, I’ll offer a credit toward another date or issue a refund as needed.

Q: Do you shoot other sports or events?

A: Yes! I’d love to broaden my talents to outside the baseball park. If I am available and depending on the request, I can see what I can make work!
